Who is Blue Sea?

The Coldest Night of the Year is operated under the charitable and financial oversight of Blue Sea Philanthropy, (BSP), a registered Canadian charity (public foundation).

BSP operates the WALK and provides operational, marketing, financial, service, and location development for approved charity partners. In turn, approved charity partners host "Coldest Night of the Year" under agreement with Blue Sea Philanthropy, a Registered Canadian Charity (CRA tax number: 819882655RR0001)

We focus attention on the displaced, vulnerable and exploited by operating cool events like the Coldest Night of the Year and the Ride for Refuge while helping select churches and charities connect, promote, and fund causes that align with our objectives and values.
