Toque Pick-Up Times

Walkers who raise $150+ (adults 18 and over) or $75 (children/youth 17 and under) will receive a CNOY toque as a thank you!

Saturday, February 20, 10:00 am -6:00 pm

Pick-up Location: The Gathering Place parking lot

Team captains may pick up toques for their whole team if they wish

Virtual CNOY Day

This is your own self-organized walk! Here are some key things you'll need to do on February 20 (or whatever day in February you decide to walk):

Gather with your covid-safe bubble (or on your own)

Map out a safe 2-5 km route

Let someone know where you are

Bring a cell phone in case of emergency

Add pledged funds in your Fundhub

Share online as you go! #cnoy21

Keep fundraising (half of all fundraising happens in the last week!)

Be safe and have fun!

About The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place, North Bay’s Community Soup Kitchen, provides 16 hot & healthy meals in a warm environment to those in need. We are a non-profit, non-denominational organization that strives to bring hope and healing to North Bay’s hungry. Since opening in 2003, The Gathering Place has served over 800,000 meals to people in need in North Bay. We also operate food rescue, taking in food and giving it out to other charities and food banks. We run a seasonal community garden, growing over 3500 lbs of produce a year. We recently launched a new Food Outreach program, feeding those who have trouble accessing our services.

This year we are walking together and invite you to virtually walk with us. It's cold out there but not cold enough to stop us from hitting our goal of $35,000.
